Paypal item price is 0.00

Hi.
I have put a 3% fees for paypal.
When I checkout and choose paypal and continue, it shows the 3% fees amount but the item price is 0.00
AM I missing something?

Hi,

You have to change the option "send details of the order" to "no".

Is there a bug with this option? I though it would detail the amount sejd to paypal and therefore the client will have a better understanding of the total amount.

Hi,

I recall such bug indeed in a previous version but it should work fine now regarding that if you have the latest version. Do you have the 2.2 version of HikaShop (the latest) ? Maybe that's why you have the problem while we don't ?

I have upgraded to the latest version.
If i enable the send detail of the orders, it still doesn't send the amount (only the fees).
Is there something else you want me verify?

Ok, can you provide a link to the product page that you used for your tests so that we can reproduce the issue and look at the information that is sent to PayPal as well as a backend access to your website so that we can check your settings ?

Subtotal : CAD0.00
Shipping method : CAD75.88
TPS : CAD31.90
TVQ : CAD63.64
TOTAL with VAT : CAD755.55

Weird. The total is right but the item price is wrong.

Well, the information you have given does not help at all. We need to reproduce your problem, so we need an access to your website in order to have access to all product information etc.
Just like Nicolas said

We are able to reproduce the issue on your website but not on our end.
So all I can think of is a modification of the code of the plugin on your end.
Could you provide a FTP access to your website so that we can put traces in the code in order to see what's going on ?

Ftp access created. Same user and password as joomla.
The only code changed is the % deposit plugin and the warning on front page saying the product has a deposit.

I was not able to connect via FTP to your server:

Could you please double check the credentials to the FTP server ?

Hi there,

I checked your website and the issue doesn't seem to come from the paypal plugin but from the order itself.
I saw you did some customization on the checkout, this may be the source of the problem.
Could you try to save your modification and delete it from the site so we could see if it's related to the issue?
Make a test and tell us if it change anything :)

Hi. I have backed-up the change and removed it from the sire so the file is as the original (view checkout, template protostar and frontend)
I did a test and same problem.
in the order main information, the sub-total, tax and paypal fees are right but the unit price is wrong.
On paypal, the only amount transferred is the payment fees.

I am open to try other steps.
