You can access to front-end and back-end features and test the product as you want.

The kind of website you want to create can be done using HikaMarket multi-vendor.
HikaMarket is fully integrated with the vote system in HikaShop, allowing customer to rate (and comment) the vendors (and also the products).

With the registration system in HikaMarket, you can let your users registering as "vendor" to sale products in your store.
They can create products directly in the front-end ; without accessing to technical and private data in your backend.
You can configure your fees on the sales or use a subscription system (like akeeba subscription or emerald) to have annually/monthly vendor subscriptions.

Using the HikaMarket ACL system, you can configure the elements that your vendors will be able to edit or not.
Using the "product template" system, you can configure a "template" for products that your vendors will create ; Thanks to it, you can fix a price (5$ for example) and don't let your vendors edit the product price.
