manage stock on front end

Hi. How can allow some user to manage stock on front end? There is a specific link menu to do that? Or how can i do that?

Ok, that's good. My scenario is that: i want that 2 users can create products, manage the stock on the front end. But these users aren't now 2 vendors, they are one because they manage the same products. So here there is a single vendor with 2 users. So can i manage this scenario with your front end edition (no multi vendor)?
