Create Product Template for all Vendors

How do I set up a template for a product which all vendor selling the same kind of product can use.
I want the template to load automatically when the vendor list a new product for sale on the market.
When I go to HikaMarket - Configuration - Product Templates and then click on Add, nothing happens. Obviously I am doing something wrong but haven't yet discovered what to do.

Hi Jerome,

I have looked at the demo site and I get the same thing in mine.
When I click on the green plus for adding a template there is nothing.
I have gone back to the HikaMarket - Main Options - Default Product Template (It says 'none').
How do I make templates and get them to show up there so I can select one?

The help notes say: Default product template The product template which would be used by default during product creation.
You can create product template in the last tab of the HikaMarket configuration.

I can't see how to 'create' it when I go to the last tab.

I understand that it does not work for you but like I told you in my previous message ; I can't reproduce your issue during my tests.
So please provide us details about your configuration, like the browser you are using.

Hi Jerome,

Thanks for the tip in your last message about the browser. I changed my browser to Chrome and now the add template button is working.
