Hi,

The vendor registration is working like the HikaShop user registration.

The translation "THANK_YOU_FOR_REGISTERING" is used and display in the Joomla messages (by emptying the translation, the message would not be displayed).
Depending if you're using the user activation, the translation "HIKA_REG_COMPLETE_ACTIVATE" can be use too.

About the displayed view, it is the view "vendormarket | after_register" and by default that view is empty.
But you can override it in order to display the content you want.
