user to upload maximum 5 photos

in hikamarket I want the user to upload maximum 5 photos for product
how i can ?

Just thinking aloud...:
In a perfect world there'd be
#1. a global setting,
#2. a setting per user group (overriding #1),
#3. a setting per vendor (overriding #1 and #2).

Now, this might be asking for "too much". Guess either #1 and #2, or #1 and #3 would work well in the majority of cases where needed.
