how to limit product access to set locations

Hi,

can someone tell me how i can make so that each vendor has option to select where product is to display i.e. location OR how i can make so that each product is displayed only where from vendor is.

for example if vendor's location is Australia then products added by him should be displayed in Australia only, and if vendor is from USA then products added by him would display in USA region only.

Thanks for the reply, actually its not about just "Delivery plugin" or "delivery". Its entirely about accessing products, i.e. products need to visible and accessible within Vendor's country only. not only in listing, but also in anywhere else also like modules also wherever i set to show hikashop content modules.
