Not receiving payment confirmation emails (Paypal)

I had to put actually the "it" in the proper position like this:
$notify_url = HIKASHOP_LIVE.'index.php/it/?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=checkout&task=notify¬if_payment=paypal&tmpl=component&lang='.$locale.$url_itemid;
But finally we had it working properly!

i have a similar problem. I do not get payment confirmation from PayPal Sandbox. I use the language filter. I need to test in different languages. What should i do?

everything is o.k it works 100% with PayPal live mode. The problem is only when I switch to Sandbox mode!

Now I get this Message! (only in sandbox mode)

"Hallo,
eine Paypal Benachrichtigung wurde abgewiesen, da die Verbindung zum Bestätigungsserver fehlschlug"

After I remove coding in paypal.php file like here:

it works also in sandbox mode. Now the order will be confirmed 2 times.
