Error recived when trying to install HikaShop

I sent an email yesterday requesting help with installing your Hikashop Business module to a Joomla 1.6.1 site. I keep getting the error below from the extension manager when trying to install. Does anyone know how to correct this?

JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Warning: Failed to move file!

I think you might need to use an older version. Are you using the Business cart?

It is a Joomla error during the install of HikaShop.
This error appends when the website does not have the right to create some directories.
In order to install extension, you website should have the right to create files and directory into:
* administrator/components/
* components/
* media/
* languages/
* tmp/

I have checked the CHMOD on all of the specified directories and still getting install error. I have even tried the FTP method and getting unable to find install package error.

The CHMOD is 777 for all specified directories.

Can you activate the debug mode in Joomla ?
We have to know which directory could not be create by Joomla during the installation.
