After Sucess payment but order status not confirme

Actually if buy one product means order can be created. that time mail has been sent . but after paid through pay pal the payment is successfull.But order status not changed as confirmed in admin side and mail also not send to customer . but the paypal redirect successfully using this component I used pay pal sandbox test account for this.

Thanks to check if the option "Enable validation mode" is disabled.

Can you give us a screenshot of you paypal configuration ?

Hi,

Here still the paypal plugin unable to send the order confirmation email, and also the order status not getting changed to confirmed. can you pls give me a suggestion to solve this.

Can you enable the debug option in this Paypal plugin, and see in the logs if there is an error returned ?

To find the logs, you can go in HikaShop > Config > Main > Files > "Payment log file" and click on "See reports".

I enabled debug mode and test error report that time this message only came
"Could not load any order for your notification Could not load any order for your notification abc1234"


ONE MORE THING,

when i am using paypal pro payement method that time it was working fine.

Hi,

All the possible causes which could lead to that are listed in that FAQ:

Please review each point and you should find why the orders are not confirmed.

Looking at the information you already provided, there is a high chance that it comes from that point:

Your HikaShop menus have not the access level public. Because of that PayPal servers cannot access your shop to notify HikaShop from the payment. You should configure the "force a menu on checkout" option of the configuration to a public menu that while your categories/products listings are not accessible to your users, PayPal will be able to notify HikaShop.
