Error 404 after vote of not registered user

Hi,
i'm trying the vote system. I set: vote only, access to registered user.
If i try to vote without login i have a 404 error.
Is it a bug or is my fault?
If it is my fault where have i to work to fix it?

I just tried on my end and it's working fine, which version of HikaShop do you have ? 2.1.2 ?
Have you edited some view related on the votes ?

Honestly, now i tryed on my test site but with another template and there is any issue.
Do you think that could be the template or it is something that i set wrong?

Potentially but it's hard to say anything without being able to see the error for ourselves.

I have to change the template with the one that is on test the next week.
