-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.12
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : The PHP GD extension could not be found. Thus, it is impossible to generate thumbnails in PHP from your images. If you want HikaShop to generate thumbnails you need to install/activate GD or ask your hosting company to do so.

i receive this message when iam trying to upload an image. May you can help me fix it.

Hi,

It was the right thing to do !
They have installed (or activated) the GD extension for your website so you will be able to create thumbnails.
