Mohamed, thank you! This put me on the right track. If I set the dimensions of the product that does not work with shipping to the one that does work with shipping, they both work. However, I'm not understanding why dimensions can cause the UPS shipping not to work.
The product that works has dimensions of: 31.000 x 29.500 x 38.100
The product that does not work is: 47.500 x 41.100 x 20.300
Is there a setting somewhere for maximum dimensions?

If you're having that issue with only one of your products, your issue can be coming from :
- Your product weight/dimensions
- Your product warehouse
Both can be checked through your product configuration page.
