Download counter on user download area is not work

Please have a look on the below case - it looks like download counter on user download area is not work

user and login: guest

You can download file many times and the counter does not change. Neither the max number of downloads left.

Hello Tim,

That's weird, I just tested it on my end and it worked fine with the last Hikashop version, did you add some code customization trough the "downloads" file of the "user" view of your front-end template via "Hikashop->Display->Views" ?

No - nothing was added in "Hikashop->Display->Views" .
In general I had just 2 code modifications thru tickets:

1st one here is described here:
hikashop.com/forum/19-hikamarket/883320-...-for-hikamarket.html

2nd one was directly in the template files:
\templates\jv-allinone\html\com_hikashop\vote\form.php
\templates\jv-allinone\html\com_hikashop\vote\listing.php

I have noticed that time limitation for downloads also seems not to work.

Maybe issue is in Joomla version - I have joomla 3.5 already?

I You need logon data to my website I have already provided all the access on super user level thru contact form on Hikashop website (Jerome was working on most of my tickets)

Please help - one of the most important functionalities of Hikashop Business in currently not working for me.

Hello Tim,
The issue seems to be coming from the "Free Download" option that you have set through your file configuration page, if you REALLY want to restrict its number of downloads you'll have to set the "Free Download" option to No, because a free download isn't supposed to have a "Number of downloads" restriction.

Thank You. It is working now. It is a bit strange because for samples (files uploaded as free as free download to the product ) the counter does not change but I gues this is how it should be working.
