Rating stars disappear and save button doesnt work

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.0
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.36
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : SAFARI

Hello,

My First issue is: My rating stars on my product page disappears after update

My Second issue is: My save button for the characteristics on the add product page doesn't work. It don't react but the cancel button works. Can you please tell me what this issue is and help me with this issue?

For your second point : Your screenshot do not illustrate the issue. Nevertheless, if you click on the "add" button to add the characteristic to the product and that button do not do his job, it might have a javascript error in the page.
Showing the browser console log could help you to know more about the problem.

Hello for the first issue and the second issue can I give you my FTP? So you can take a look? because I'm afraid to do bad things...

After the last update the Order numbers disappear from the E-mail. See screenshot.

Hi,

Like explained in the link I gave you, the CSS changed a little for the vote stars. If you do not see the stars it means that you already have a CSS override, that you already customize the HikaShop CSS.

I don't see how an FTP access can help for the second issue. Like I wrote, I don't understand your issue and the image do not illustrate it neither.
We need information about the problem and the FTP access can't help or explain it.

About your third problem ; do you have a translation override for the email subject ?

ORDER_STATUS_NOTIFICATION_SUBJECT="Your order No. %s is now %s at %s"

Please be sure that if we need an FTP access to your website ; we will ask for it.

I checked the third problem and the settings are good in the overwrite file. I see no problem. I have update and everything bugs.

As you see its the order confirmed e-mail what won't show the invoice number and time. I checked the configuration and everything looks good. After the update I got so manny bugs. I'm asking for help.. I paid a new subscription and even can't get full support.

Also my reviews of clients don't show up. I don't know why this is happening. But is not correct. Hope you can help solve this problem.

this are the issues
- Stars not showing / new comments doesn't show up
- Save button doesn't work [at backend]
- Order number and time not show in e-mail subject (order confirm mail)
- Custom field doesn't show anymore on the shipping invoice

Hello,

Jerome give you some way to solve your issue, or at least find some clue about you issues, and no concrete news that can leads us to you more, in the same idea we need a minimum of element, we didn't even have an Url link...

let's be methodical :
- Stars not showing / new comments doesn't show up
=> Try to use default front end template (like Protostar). If the issue remains give us an Url link.
- Save button doesn't work [at backend]
=> Do you have some javascript error by using your browser inspect tools ? If yes screenshot please of the error message.
- Order number and time not show in e-mail subject (order confirm mail)
=> Do you have some custom on your email ? If yes, does removing your custom solve your issue ? Yes or No
- Custom field doesn't show anymore on the shipping invoice
=> If you have an override view does removing your override solve the issue ? Yes or No

I did that all now.

But a new discovered issue is.

My custom field not showing on the shipping invoice
And before it has.
My site developer treid anything but sees some bad behavior...
Can you help me what to do? (see attachment)
