How to trigger add $10 from radio selection?part2

I replaced the code now it flickers at the payment view. i input all the information and click next and it flickers asking me to select a shipping option.
If i remove everything from the cart and try to run though again. when i get the the shipping view it's deselected and it flickers when i select it, when i select it again it takes me to the next step.

Let me know what might be the issue.

i fixed it by adding the shipping and payment on the last view before end.
