Store Layouts | Modify page structure/design

Is there any way to modify how the various product fields are laid out on a page?

For instance making images (align left) or chaning the location of pricing, or other design/layout options.

Also, are there any pre-made design templates available (like virtuemart or magento or oscommerce have)?

Yes, you can change all the layouts of HikaShop via the menu Display->views.
For the product page, it's the file "show" of the view "product".
For products and categories listings there are already several layouts included in HikaShop by default. You can switch from one to another in the HikaShop options of your products/categories listing menus and modules. For the product page, there are no pre made templates for now.

I'm not clear on what you are referring to.

When you create a menu or a module for HikaShop, on the right of the screen you will have a link to the HikaShop options of the menu / module where you will see all the options related to the way you can display its content.
