Email Payment Confirmation Using Bank Transfer

Hi..

I make my web using Bank transfer Method. I want to ask 2 question.

1. After buyer check out, they will transfer money to our account, and after that they will confirm to us. Can we make one menu or email to confirm that payment? I mean in their user backend they can click one menu to confirm that they already pay, and we also send one mail to them "after u make bank transfer, please click the this link to confirm that u already pay"

2. Can i change this words bank method end check out?

"Your order is now complete.
You can now transfer the amount of xxxxxxx using the following information.

Bank xxx

Do not forget to include the order number ( xx ) in the comments of the bank transfer so that we can match it to your order."
