Tehre are several things you can try:

make sure that your tmp folder is correctly defined in the joomla configuration and that it is writable and with the access rights 777.

make sure that the media folder is writable and with the access rights 777.

try to do an install after activating/deactivating the FTP layer. If I remember correctly, the owner of the files on your website is the user ftp/ftp so either you use that user in the ftp layer or you user another user but then all the folders need to be writable by another user ( with the access rights 777).

Your access rights are not good. You effectively set the main folders to 777. But most of the sub folders are not 777. You need to do it recursively.

Since you gave me yesterday an access to your FTP, I went there and modified the folders and files to be 777.
You should try to install again. It should be better now.
