mobile apps for hikashop

Somebody here tried this solution? Can we navigate through products even if we don't have an internet connection?

Looks like it died to me. Not too surprising, really, since (most of) HikaShop is now responsive and doesn't require a separate mobile app.

Responsive is fine, but I'm looking for in app billing through apple store. Nobody else wants to do that? Is there another way I don't know about?

Doesn't that mean Apple gets 30%?? if so, I don't like the idea for any of my clients... maybe yours can take a 30% pay cut but mine wouldn't.

30% apple tax is worth it. Credit card already on file with apple, in app purchases, increased customer trust.
Otherwise you're paying Google tax and don't have those benefits.

Well you must be in a different business than most if not all of my clients because 30% margin is not something they are able to give up... that's usually the entire or a MAJOR portion of the margin on the product/service they sell ...

Actually you are correct, my situation is different than most. I sell ebooks which I created so I don't have a lot of other costs.

However in theory, your cost of customer acquisition should be significantly reduced and upsells and resells should significantly increase by selling in app. Of course it depends on a lot of other things.

This is interesting, but I think there is a language barrier. I don't really understand what this does or what you are offering.
So we can brand our own app for itunes store? Then we install some api on our web server for it?
What sort of customization is offered? What price? Does it allow us to accept apple pay for in app purchase of products?

I've just been looking at this as a possible add-on to my website.
However, I can't actually tell from your website what you actually do for the 99,- euros.
How does this work - it 'looks' like it has to work via your services which begs the question why?
There should at least be an explanation of what it is you do for the money, how it works and what specifically can be done by the owner of the app. How secure is this going to be, especially if users are putting in payment or other sensitive information?
Is there a component or module that installs into the website to manage this?

No, I don't do Skype. What's wrong with putting the information onto your website? or putting it here. i'm not the only person who needs information. You have no reviews on your product in Joomla and no examples. You need credibility and it's not going to happen via Skype conversations.

99,- euros is a LOT of cash for a small app that only links my existing Hikashop installation. I need to know a lot more before throwing my money around.
