Hi
I can't save the changes in the e-Mail templates:

HIKA Admin -> tab system -> Emails
e.g. Order creation notification

Joomla says: You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

All other settings in HIKA (e.g. Templates Overrides in "View" and other componentes/plugs I can save without this problem.
I don't understand this, because the access rights for den folders and files are still the same as ever.

Hi,

It's potentially the same issue as this one:
www.hikashop.com/en/forum/2-general-talk...have-permission.html
But instead of removing the enctype="multipart/form-data" in the form of the configuration page, you should try to remove it from the "form" file of the view "email" via the menu Display->Views.

I did exactly what was described by Jerome here:
www.hikashop.com/en/forum/2-general-talk...ermission.html#68369

But it don't work. I have still the same error when I try to save system -> emails -> one of the e-mail template.

Please do what I said in my message instead of what jerome is suggesting.
The solution of jerome is for the saving of the configuration page, not for the emails.

oh, sorry to bad.
now i did it.

view: email
file: form

this combination exists only in backend for the template khepri.

The form tag now is saved as:

<form action="index.php?option=<?php echo HIKASHOP_COMPONENT ?>" method="post" name="adminForm" id="adminForm">

BUT: With the same effect/error when I try to save some text changes of a email template.

Then I don't know. It's not the same problem as the other thread as that would have solve the problem if it was.

We would need to know what is in the mod_security error log of your server for that email saving error as the error you have given us is the generic error of apache which doesn't give any information on what is going on. You can see an example of that log on the other thread where michaelbentsen gave us that file in his first message.
If you don't know how to get that log file, please ask your hosting company.

Until I get the answer from my provider, I'have to change the email templates now...
Where are these php codes saved in, to change it using FTP, or direkctly in mySQL somewhere in the HIKA Settings?

Text I know I can change as a language file override in HIKA Admin (that part I could save !)
But I have to change also some styles and HTML Code

The emails can be edited by hand in the folder media/com_hikashop/mail via FTP.

Indeed, it was the mod_security problem. Now it works after good support from my provider !
They changed some rules in the apache mod_Security.

this was the solution for me too, my host Rochen changed something and now I can edit the emails, so the problem does not come from Hikashop
