Hi
I am relatively new to Hikashop, was using virtuemart before,
i am having a bit of trouble redirecting the client to netcash paygate.
any ideas on how i can modify the payment method creditcard to suit my needs

the idea
is to
1. to post variables after creating orders...
hence instead of displaying the message:

"Your order is now complete.
We will now process the credit card transaction and contact you when completed.
Thank you for your purchase. "
it should be redirected to the url in question.
any ideas are welcome

Hi,

Normally, plugin implement the onAfterOrderConfirm event in their plugin to achieve that via loading a view to display the form on the last step:
www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...#onAfterOrderConfirm

The best is to look at how we did it in another plugin like the paypal plugin: plugins/hikashoppayment/paypal.php

Hi Mzansi,

I'm busy with implementing HikaShop for one of my clients and also need to create a plugin for PayGate (South Africa) and that level of integration is a bit out of my depth.

I've had a look at the PayPal plugin, but I don't even know where to start in terms of linking to PayGate. Could you please advise on the process you followed? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
V

sorry i took longer to response, there is an easy way to do it, you have howver to make you your shop is configure correctly
on the payment methods i disabled all the rest tht im not using and left only the
1. HikaShop credit card payment plugin
2.HikaShop bank transfer payment plugin

the rest of the stuff is now technical, bcz we manually hv to go into the classes for the Creadit card in order to hack in a way tht allows us to pass our variable for the paygate
Copy & paste the code block below into a new text document (NotePad).
Save the new text document as ‘PayWeb.htm’ into the ‘My Documents’ folder.
Double-click on the new file created; it will open a Browser window displaying a ‘Submit’ button.
Click the ‘Submit’ button; you will be directed to the PayWeb processing page.
Note: This sample is only intended to demonstrate how to connect to PayWeb; it does not demonstrate how
to read the results of a transaction. Please see SAMPLES for links to complete examples.

"REFERENCE"
"AMOUNT"
"CURRENCY"
"RETURN_URL"
"TRANSACTION_DATE"
"CHECKSUM"
i could send you an example i did(need your email address though)

Hi,

When I look at netcash's website, it looks like everything is about sage pay now. I don't know but maybe an alternative might be actually use the sagepay plugin that is available by default in HikaShop for such netcash/sagepay account ? You might want to contact their support about that idea.

Hiya Nicolas,

Seems like South African SagePay(Netcash) is a different animal from UK and USA SagePay - as the payment plugin you have is for SagePay USA/UK - in SA we need one field: Service Key and then accept and decline URL.... Any chance you could recode SagePay plugin to suit these requirements?

Hi,

The fields on that page are completely different from what there is in SagePay UK/USA, so that means that we would need to create a new payment plugin from zero.
