May I ask why it took a little bit of time for you guys to make the compatibility?
I use other ecommerce component as well from joobi and they provide me the compatibility 2 weeks ago before 2.5 was officially released.

it's ok, I'm just saying that joomla 2.5 is only released for 1 day and as a developer myself, I think Hikashop developers have been hard at work to bring a quality release just 2 days after...

I just upgraded to 2.5 and hikashop works fine for me...

I installed a clean version of Joomla 2.5 and then I installed "com_hikashop_starter_1.5.6_2012-01-25.zip" locally.

I have a long list of errors with the instalation and then on the site.
