ckeckout page-refreshing

I am using the business hikashop version and i have encountered some issues regarding the checkout page.
More specifically, there are 2 payment methods. When the user selects one and then refreshes the page, it looks like that the form is submitted automatically and therefore he buys the product. In the configuration the option "Auto select default shipping and payment methods" equals to No.
Could you please tell me what can i do so as to avoid this behavior?

Also, by clicking on other items on the checkout page (like images) and after refreshing, the product is bought!!
