Hi,

It keep asking to accept the terms and conditions of use although it has been checked to process the order.
What can we do to fix this? Thank you very much

I've tried removing and readding this step in the workflow but it didn't fix it. I removed the terms and conditions from the checkout workflow for now because users wouldn't be able to proceed otherwise. But for legal purposes the terms agreement would be efficient.

Thank you

You can always create a custom field of the table "order" and the type "checkout" which is required in order to achieve the same thing.
But it should work properly.

I don't remember any one having a problem with it.

i did many tests and it looks like it's related to internet explorer only.

All good with firefox

by pressing F12 on windows
Internet Explorer browser mode IE9 - loops at terms and conditions -- keeps saying accept the terms...
Internet Explorer browser mode IE8 - loops at terms and conditions -- keeps saying accept the terms...
Internet Explorer browser mode IE7 - Working.

Obviously regular users won't modify the browser mode

Yes, that's what I meant.

Can you give a link to that checkout page so that we can see the problem ? I think that it might be related to your template.

The problem comes from your template which replaces the checkbox of the T&C by his own which is not compatible with IE.
You will have to deactivate that feature of your template for it to work properly.
