Products Listed twice on checkout page

Please look at the picture attached.

When I select a product, the cart works correctly, but upon checkout it is displaying my order TWICE !

Can you please :

- Go in "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
- If you have 2 times the "cart" option in your Checkout workflow you'll have to delete one
