Starter edition checkout without login/registratio

Hello, I'm testing the starter edition to understand if the product is suitable for my business.
One on the feature I'm trying to use is the checkout without login/registration.
When the customer is on the cart I need the form to insert the shipping address then with next go directly to type of shipping/payment.

Login configuration is set to off.
In the workflow I set cart-address-shipping-payment but when I'm in the step of address, nothing appears, no form appers.
I also followed this trick found on the forum:

If you want to have a checkout without registration but with address, you will have to have both "login" and "address" views in the checkout workflow. Then, in the Checkout tab of the configuration, you can change the option "registration" to "no registration" in order to remove the creation of a user account. Also, you can turn off the "login" option there to remove the login area of the checkout.
That way, you will still have the address form but no user account would be created.
That "Registration" option is only available in our commercial editions.

So if I understood correctly, with starter edition the customer can ckeckout only with registration?
