My Payment options are gone now?

Ok, had the PayPal option as the ONLY method, and it was working until I did something, now the checkout page just says "You've Chosen the PayPal option", but with no icons or buttons to select, nor does the "next" button take me to PayPal to pay.



ETA: I tried placing a restriction on the payment plugin for only a specific type of payment method and in USD... but now I can't remove the restriction. Just unchecking the box and saving doesn't work - it comes right back, and the little trash button doesn't work either.

So Now I have to have a "United States" (since that's where my test account is from) restriction enabled.... ???
