Hi there.

We make quotations of personalized pendrives.
We sell only on defined quantity and with some options like colors of print, packaging and others.

I created 2 product but on the checkout I don't see the main product,
and the options are totally wrong

I don't understand if there is a database corruption,
or a wrong concept on my system with options and characteristics.

I forced quantity as characteristics because I need to show the range price in correlation of capacity and I think the table with radio button is very useful, but probably this crash the system ?

(I hope I explained me, with my poor english!)

The prices are shown only to registered member,
you can see the developing site and access with demo:demo

Hi,

I don't think that it's a issue with the database.

I think that it comes from the way you configured your product/variants/options.
Not knowing how you did precisely I couldn't say precisely what it could be though.
If you could provide screenshots of the product/variants/options edition pages, that would help.

Hi,

Ok, I was able to see your settings.

The way you handle the quantities is partly the reason why it doesn't work.
It indeed displays nicely, but the system isn't made to use the minimum quantity as quantity when you add the product to cart.
What happens is that the quantity you try to add (1) is lower that the minimum quantity and thus the system simply doesn't add the product to the cart.
You need to actually activate the quantity field (you can hide it in CSS) so that the minimum quantity is used as added quantity when you click on "add to cart". I've done that for you.

Another issue is the way you've customized the show_tabular view file.
You've put the right panel outside of the form of the page. So the quantity and selected variant are actually not taken into account when the product is added. Also, the variants data divs are inside of the right panel div as your HTML opening/closing tags are screwed up so if you just put the right panel in the form, that might still break.
I would recommend to delete your customization of that view file and start again and being extra careful to the changes you do in the view file as to not break the add to cart system.
