Can not complete the checkout after updating

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.0
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.26
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 36.0.4
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no message, just refresh the page

Hi, Sirs,
i updated my hikashop_essential to v2.4.0 several days ago, but since that, my client can't complete the checkout. when client arrive the finish page of the checkout process, no matter how to click the finish button, the page just was refreshed, can't go to the payment page.

Hi,

All that seems normal to me.
You have no payment method selected on your screenshot www.hikashop.com/media/kunena/attachments/36041/4.jpg so the system doesn't let you finish and display an error message telling you that you need to first select a payment method.
If you don't see the error message, it means that your Joomla template is not displaying the error messages:

And the fact that no payment method is selected by default is also normal since you turned off the "auto select shipping and payment methods" option of the HikaShop configuration.

So it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the update. Now there could also be a problem with the update process and some columns missing in the database. If you want to check that, click on the "check database" button of the HikaShop configuration and the system will check that the update process worked properly to update the database structure.

Actually, when i test it , i have already selected the payment method, and i clicked finish button three times, it still can't finish the checkout process, and just stop at this page.
i also checked database, it indeed seems nomal, it's really strange. before updating, the checkout function had worked very well . just after updating, this problem appeared.
