Order Confirmation for shopowner in wrong language

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1

We have a german website and enabled the checkout without registration (which may not even be the cause of this issue).

When a customer orders, he will get the order confirmation in the language his browser is set to. This is good.

At the same time the system sends out an order confirmation to the shopowner about the new order. This mail follows the language of the orderer, it should be in german (receiving user language) all the time.

Hi,

The system doesn't send any order confirmation to the shop owner.
It sends an order notification to the shop owner at the end of the checkout before the payment on the payment gateway and a payment notification after payment when it receives the payment notification.
Which email are you talking about ? Could you do a screenshot ?
What payment methods are you using ?

I mean the order notification which is sent when the order is created.
We do not use payment as orders are picked up and paid in the shop (restaurant).

So, when an english speaking client orders, he and the shopowner will get the english notification. The shopowner should get the german one.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback ; I created a ticket in our TODO list in order to improve the language management in the administrator emails.
HikaShop currently load the user language when you send an email from the backend ; but the inverse is not done (an admin email from the front-end).
