How to make custom item field lables wider

Hi Jerome,

How do I change the width of the labels for the custom item fields when they are displayed in the checkout process?
The space is too small and the labels are running to the next line and then the next. If I could make the label allow more characters on the one line it would be a great help/ Thanks again.
