Hi,
I wqnt to add a custom field or whatever it takes to add a Subscribe to newsletter "checkbox" at the end of the address form in the checkout.
I have added the field and the label displays ok but no checkbox even though I have set it up as a checkbox. What am I doing wrong?
Is there another way adding this neat little feature?
/Micke

Hi,

Here it is, but please notice I have disabled it in frontend as it didn't work so the Visa (Display) settings are not correct here.

Hi,

The language of the translation does not allow me to understand the configuration of the custom field.
But, I'm wondering what is the issue in the front-end ; what do you see and what do you not see ? Where and when ?

I have tried with checkbox and added a value in the values settings and that did the job.
Feels ind of unnecessary as I only want a checkbox after the label but it worked so I am satisfied.

Hi,

I can see on your screenshot that the "frontend" option of your custom field is turned off. So it's normal that you don't see the checkbox on the address form on your checkout.

But to go back to what you said you wanted in your first message, there is already the capability to have such checkboxes on the registration form as AcyMailing integrates with the registration form. So if you're using AcyMailing, you should not need such custom checkbox field and you should just configure AcyMailing to display the checkboxes on your registration form.
