NO Redirect or thank you message after checkout

After weeks of trying to get it to work hikashop admins went in and fixed where the error doesn't show but the customer doesn't get any feedback on the website indicating they successfully completed the checkout. I assume there should be a redirect page or thank you message of some form. What must I do to get this finished. Thanks for all your help. All my admin and ftp passwords should still be in your email. See topic above. Thanks again.

Thanks, I didn't have anything in the return url it was blank.

I made a hidden menu & thank you page then put it into the Return URL. That was the info I needed on finding out where to put that. Thanks again!
