General Questions about taxes

Hello
I have problems handling the taxes. At the moment we dont have to pay any taxes, so I want to disable the tax. I think I did that correctly. but now sometimes the tax is showing on the invoice and sometimes it isnt. Could you please tell me what Im doing wrong?

Hello,
The solution will probably be to directly set the "Product tax category" option of your products/shipping methods to NONE, to be sure that no tax will be applied.

Yes you can use the mass actions to edit the tax category for the products.
You have to set it up like that: take.ms/pb116
