After buying confirm message

The Problem is that after a customer buys the product there is no confirmation message. It just goes blank

So I posted on this forum several months ago with the same exact issue and I didnt realize the problem was still there until I did the order for a customer who called in to place an order over the phone

I am aware of the old thread and I did everything on that thread that they suggested and it simply didnt solve the issue. Thanks for bringing up to their attention some of the things that wont work, hopefully that will get us faster to a solution.

The method is: HikaShop Paypal Advanced payment plugin

The problem is it doesnt redirect to anything the link works, I posted it above. It doesnt redirect at all currently it is set to Iframe if i changed to form would that help the redirect?

I think the question to you is:

What exactly do you have entered in the redirect link field?

Please post the exact string, or a screenshot.

So I have the latest Hikashop. I also manually did the update of the plugin with the link you provided. I still am having the same two problems with hikashop.

1. Customers description of product is not going to paypal. Only the amount, so this creates a problem as I don't know what they ordered and i am creating additional products.
2. There is no after end message after they checkout. They do not get directed properly to the thank you message which is at the link i provided above, the screen shot also shows at the settings are correct.

Its been a over a week on this since I sent in all the ftp ad admin info needed to get into my ftp and joomla site. I am curious on what yall found and when it will be resolved. Thanks for your support.

I'm currently having a "530 Login authentication failed" error message when I try to access to your website through the FTP access you gave us.
Could you please check the access that you gave us so that I can have a valid FTP access ?
