Can we edit wording?

We want to change the wording indicated in the screenshot. is this possible and where do we edit?

Hello,

To do that you'll just have to edit your translation file via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Languages" and change the value of the "PLEASE_ACCEPT_TERMS_BEFORE_FINISHING_ORDER" translation word.
