-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.deziroo.com
-- HikaShop version -- : newest
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Page not found

Am I doing something wrong?... when people go to our shop and check out, they get a "page not found" error after entering their credit card info. The order is being placed but it is not redirecting them to our website. How can I fix this?

Hi,

In the HikaShop configuration there is a setting "force menu on checkout".
If you saved a menu which does not exist anymore ; you might have that "page not found" error.

Originally I did not have a page selected, I have tried 2 different ones not and it is still not working. I attached pics of the error info and my settings page. I have it set to the shop right now and I know this is a working link.

Hello,
I just tested it and your checkout workflow was ok, the only thing I couldn't test was the payment itself, but in your case your issue is probably coming from the way you have configured the "Return url" option of your Stripe payment plugin.
