checkout address and 403 error

So I get error on checkout when trying to edit billing address.
Everything works correctly except this. After billing address is deleted and ok pressed 403 error popups on billing address field. Please look the picture attached.
Is it something with me or hikashop?
How can I fix it?

Please ignore my topic. It seems trying on different pc no such error occurred.
