-- url of the page with the problem -- : flatize.fabulosa.ch
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.4
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.44

Hi
I have a strange behaviour of the proceed to checkout link of the cart module on my page.
- Adding a product works fine
- Proceed to checkout works fine the first time
- Deleting the product in cart redirects to page I set
- When adding a product again to cart the proceed to checkout redirects not to checkout
- Checkout menu works well, I also forced this menu in hikashop backend force menu on checkout
- I tried to hardcode the links in file cart of view product to /kasse but it redirects to /shop

I have a custom file cart of view product with version 2.3.0 which could be the reason.
Could you please help me solve this issue?
I attached a video showing the problem.

Regards

Hi,

That's hard to say.
It looks like a a custom cart module, so it's probably the root of the issue.
If you use instead the proceed to checkout button of the standard HikaShop cart module without any customization, do you still have the problem ?

Hi Nicolas
I just dropped the custom file (saved it of course). It seems to work but I wanted to add the delete button. And then I saw that the menu module in hikashop backend disappeared. I just upgraded yesterday and think it was there before. Cant edit any hika module.
Please help.
Regards

Ufff I see you have a total new system but managing old modules is not possible anymore.
Anyway the problem is still there. In the attached Image you can see the correct link, but somehow it is linking to the wrong page.

Hi

I assume it has something to to with the setting "URL where to Redirect when the cart is empty" because it redirects to the link set up there.
Or the cart thinks he is empty and links to the page configured in this setting "URL where to Redirect when the cart is empty" but the products added to cart can be seen in it...weird.

Any idea what file could have to do with it?
Regards

Edit: I have disabled cache and optimizations

I would really appreciate any support regarding this topic as it seems to be the only problem in my shop but one I cant go live with.
Thanks and regards

Hi
I think I have found the "error".

Could it be due to the setting in .htaccess :
ExpiresDefault - This sets the age of the cache for all documents other than those specified in the ExpiresByType for the site.
I have set this to ExpiresDefault "now plus 1 hour"
so the browser cache somehow stores the URL.

If you think this can cause this behaviour then it is all my fault and I apologise for opening this thread.

Best Regards

Hi,

The URL to the checkout on the cart module depends on what you selected in the "force a menu on checkout" setting of the HikaShop configuration. So make sure that you selected your HikaShop checkout menu item there and that will be it.
