After I register on the checkout page, it takes me to the page below with the notice "The requested page can't be found.".

www.mywebsite.com/.../checkout/task-step/step-1.html

What is causing this?

Thanks!

Hello,
Can you test it without any SEF module/option to see if it's coming from it ?
Thanks.

I'm sorry but can you clarify what you mean and where I can find what you are referring to?

Thanks!

Hi,

Mohamed asked you to deactivate temporally the SEF (Search Engine Friendly URLs) in your global Joomla configuration.

I'm getting the same message, and it's taking me to this page:

www.mywebsite.com/index.php?option=com_h...ep&step=1&Itemid=131

Thanks!

Hi,

The error that appear there is: 403 access forbidden
But the data sent to the website is just normal.
So I don't really get why you would have that result.
Could that come from a security extension on your website or a security module of apache on your web server ?

I would recommend to talk about the issue with your hosting company or system administrator and look at the apache error log for useful information about this 403 error.
