Dear Hikashop,

At the beginning thank You for great component and support - hika is really fantastic. Last time we are growing and because of that we use another and another feature of hika :)

We have a problem with a checkout login or two common problems - those problems are also occurs on DEMO site of Hika (therefore I didn't make upgrade before this post):

1. When user type some data for "register" option (I don't know why maybe for testing) and back to "login" option and try to click "login" button he will get all errors (errors.png) about empty fields from "register" option.

2. Worst is when we have two users - first user of computer get "password remembering" from browser option, then everytime he is going to checkout browser will fill "register form" (filledautomatically.png) of register option by those data and logging by second user is almost impossible.

Hi,

That's right, the problem still exists in our demo website ; but mostly because our demo website have view overrides for the "user / registration" page.
We improved that view in recent version of HikaShop in order to avoid such kind of issue ; but with the view override in the demo website, it's still an "old" version of the view which is used.
But that issue should be fixed if you're using most recent views (from last HikaShop release)

Dear Jerome,

Thanks for that. Is it possible to change view without reinstalling whole Hikashop? So is the new view will work wit 2.3.5 Hika?

Best Regards

Hi,

You can try yes. Just extract the install package and copy the files from the folder front/views/user/tmpl/ to the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/user/
That way, your website will use the new view files.

Dear Nicolas.

Like I said, great support. I change view from old to new one. Everything is working fine.

BTW: when somone typing login and then want to go to password by TAB key it is not possible - did You thought about this?

Do You recommend to upgrade to newest version?

Kind Regards

Hi,

That's how it is by default. In fact, I tried on my test website and don't have the problem so it's either an issue with your template or because you're using an old version of HikaShop.
Try to switch your template to protostar temporarily and see if that helps. If so, then, there is something with your template.

Hello Nicolas,

Thank You for Your answer. I found why is that. Demo site helps me because You have same problem on Your demo site. It is because two login forms on site in same time ;) After when You push tab on login focus is going to next password on other login form.

Thanks again
