Cannot Get Zones To Work Correctly

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.30
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari 9.0 (11601.1.56)
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No error message received. I am not able to get the zones to work as I would expect them. I hope I can explain on the next page.

I would like to set up the zones or whatever I need to set up so that only the United States and Canada are in the drop downs in login during checkout. At this moment, I have unpublished all countries except the USA and CAN. But, only one of the states/provinces show during checkout. See the attachement.

I have methodically tried every option and combination of options I can think of in the Zones and Shipping Method sections. Nothing works. Unfortunately, I need a very clear solution tomorrow (Friday in the US) so I can finish a client project on schedule. At this point, I have spent literally hours trying to figure this out...no luck. Please help.

Hi,

It seems that you disabled all the states zones. Even the ones for the USA and Canada. Go in the menu System>Zones and make sure that they are enable. Also, make sure that they are still listed as subzones of your USA/Canada country zones or the cannot appear in the state selector.

The countries and states are active. See the attached screenshots. They were unpublished and then published. Somehow they have gotten "stuck". I have even tried re-saving the countries and states in the custom fields. In the custom fields, the countries and states show up in the Preview. But, they do not show in the zones.

Hi,

I've turned off the "use chosen library" setting of the HikaShop configuration and that has fixed the problem which apparently comes from your template not playing well with the chosen library of Joomla.
