Select state doesn't work when changing country

-- PHP version -- : 3.4.5.
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 41.0.2

Hi,

:unsure: First, please consider this regarding your message "Do you really need to create this topic?"
How am I suppose to find an answer in you forum if there is no search provided?
You have over 230 pages of topics only on "checkout" alone...Of course that people will continue creating new topics because is nearly impossible to find an answer.

Now (please note that I sent you admin login credentials via contact form on your site), this is my issue:

When I try to select state it doesn't work after changing country.

Hi,

If you want to perform a search :
* www.hikashop.com/forum/search.html
* www.hikashop.com/support/documentation.html
* www.google.com/

If you take a look at your browser console ; when you select a country you will see an javascript error coming.

ReferenceError: hikashopToggleFields is not defined
Which means that there is some HikaShop javascript missing in your page.

Near than that, I recommend you to not use the "bootstrap design" if your template is not compatible with bootstrap 2.

Hi,

There must be some other reason. The template exception by Templaza is recommended on you site here: www.hikashop.com/download/templates-for-hikashop.html and it is Bootstrap 2 compatiple.

Please, let's solve this issue a.s.a.p.

Hi,

As Jérome said there is the error "ReferenceError: hikashopToggleFields is not defined" displayed when trying to change the country. And because of this the state dropdown can't be refreshed correctly.

This function is defined in the class "field" (administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/field.php, function jsToggle() ).
Do you have class override on that class ?

Maybe an override created by the template, do you have this issue with the Joomla default template ?

We provided FTP login credentials to Templaza team and hope they will fix the issue. If they will say there are some or other HikaShop problems I will post their answer here. Also if the issue is solved.

We fixed the two issues, with the "hikashopToggleField" and with the "hikashop_currentUrl".
These two patchs will be include in the next HikaShop release.
