-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.4
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.41-0+deb7u1

Good morning,

we have problems with the e-mails customers get when the shopping is done.
Last week we integrate the plugin "HikaShop Sofort payment plugin". Is working fine.
But we get emails even the customers cancel their orders because of their online-bank-account is not working together with sofort.com.
So at which status Hikashop sent the emails for orders?

Hi,

The administrator can be notified for all order status modification.
The user is notified when the payment plugin (or the admin who update the order in the backend) is asking for a notification.
