"Shipping" checkout section is blank

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 46.0.2490

Some (not all) of my customers are having the following issue.

When they reach the "Shipping" section of checkout, the input forms don't display. Here is a screenshot a customer sent me: i.imgur.com/nSQIF64.png

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi,

If there is no shipping required or no shipping method available ; the zone can be blank.
Now it looks like your template does not display the Joomla message ; so that could explain why you have the zone empty but without any message explaining the situation.

Thanks for the response.

The page you linked says this: "Sometimes, your template has an option to turn that display off. So first, check about such option in your template options screen and turn it on."

I have gone to Components > HikaShop > Configuration, but I don't see any field that matches this description. Can you help me with this?

Hi,

This message talks about such option in your Joomla template. So you won't find it if you're searching in the HikaShop configuration.
As explained in that link, the best is to seek advice with your Joomla template provider.
