Cart Empty After active the registration link ..

HI,

I try to purchase any product and when i go in process workflow i get regitration page I register with new username and i get activation link in my email ... when i active that activation link and i come on my product page it show me cart is Empty every time....

I dont understand why this problem are occured ?/

Please help me...

Hi,

That should not be the case. Actually, if you try to do the same thing on our own website, you'll see that it works properly and that you get redirected back to the checkout, and the system is the same.
So either there is a problem with the user session setup on your web server (you can try to change the "session handler" setting of the Joomla configuration), or the HikaShop user synchronization plugin has been disabled (you can check that via the Joomla plugins manager).
