Removing items from check out page

Still trying to get further with Hka shop beyond what I have had for awhile,

Some queries are in two categories and the same screenshot applies to both
1. Remove items (if possible)
- Is it possible to remove the login and end section at the top of the page? I changed all the configuration that I could find but it is still there (see red circle)
- Can the teso of the registration section be removed? I changed all the configuration that I could find but it is still there (see blue circle)

2. Further information for Paypal, Credit card and bank transfer
I would need further information from the customer or need to supply information to the customer. But how to make visible?
E.g. I will do credit card manually but need to information from the customer. Do i write and article requesting that information or is that already available? If so how do i display it?
