Style Checkout Step 1 page

Hello,

I have a client who would like me to style the checkout step 1 page. Would you be able to tell me the file path location of this page so that I can apply some styling?

Also, note that the checkout process has been modified by a programmer to subscribe the user to a mailing list when they reach the Step 1 page. I have attached an image of how the page looks currently.

Thanks for your reply.
I do not see a PayPal / end view. I did a keyword search for "paypal" and nothing came up. I did the same for the word "end" and found "checkout / end.php." Is this the correct file to edit? If not, do you know where the correct file is and can you let me know?
