Checkout buttons problems

-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.aromahub.com/th/our-products/checkout
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.45
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 46.0.2490.86 m

I have problem,please help. After filling out the address on the checkout page, when I click on the "'next" button,it bring me to the home page of the website. When I click on the continue shopping, it say "This webpage is not available". It had no problem in the past, just happened. I am not sure that I might did something wrong on the checkout process or something else such as language setting, etc. Please give me suggestion

Hello,

In order to check all your configuration can you mail us via our contact form some references to access your administrator back-end.

Don't forget to add this subject url on your email subject.

Hello,

First I change in :
- Components -> HikaShop -> Configuration
- Click on Checkout tab
- I enter a new url, on your Continue shopping button's URL, before it's was a localhost url.
And so, the "continue shopping" button work now fine.

Second, I processed to a lot of test, and everything in your configuration look fine, so I'm bit surprised by this issue.
So I suggest to update your HikaShop Business version via your customer account (a new release have been done in december and correct some bug)

If trouble remains, we will process other test but for this I will require your ftp access, like previous email it with our Contact Form and don't forget to add this subject url in email subject.

I have tried to re-install Hikashop latest version again. But the problem is still persist. Another thing, I also found something strange in one of the product page( Clove Leaf essential Oil page )The product image is not clove leaf image as it used to be. It was changed to Cinnamon Leaf Oil image. No matter how many times I tried to change the image in the back-end to be Clove Leaf Oil image, it is not changed according to what I have done.
However, I will send you FTP access. Please help me to fix the issue :(

Hello,

For your product image issue:
- The trouble come from your variants 30 มล. configuration you don't add the good picture

Second point on your next issue, I check your configuration and make some tests and I see only one thing you have one of your plugins that override your next button url...
You have only one solution to find it, unpublished one by one your plugin and each time make some test and see when it works.
When you get it, contact the plugin developer.

I have tested with each plugin turn off,but no luck. The proceed button on the checkout page still does not work. I am not a programmer.Therefore, it is quite difficult for me to source it out. Do you have any other suggestion which I should take a look further.? I will be very appreciated for your further suggestion.

Hello,

I have maybe one other idea: desactivate your Joomla! SEF option
Follow this way:

- System -> Global Configuration
- find : Search Engine Friendly URLs and switch it off
=> Make a test.

Note: I can do it myself because the references you gave me don't work anymore...
If your trouble always remains, I will require to access to your back end configuration.

I switch off the SEF URLs, still no luck. Anything else which I should do? :S
You can use the same reference information to access my back-end website now.

Finally, I found my problem. It has conflict with the "Shape5 Quick contact". When I disable it ,the "proceed" button works as normal.
